Mechanical R&D & Product Development Engineer (Full-Time)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)
About the Role:
iNSPIRE Design is looking for a Mechanical R&D & Product Development Engineer to work on medical devices, healthcare products, automation systems, and innovative product-development projects. The role involves research, mechanical design, CAD modeling, prototyping, testing, BOM preparation, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research technologies, materials, and components
- Develop 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings
- Prepare BOMs and select suitable components
- Build, assemble, and test prototypes
- Troubleshoot design and performance issues
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and fabricators
- Maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, Inventor, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on interest in prototyping, testing, and product development
- Good communication and documentation skills
