Position: UK Voice Process Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Freshers Welcome
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK customers professionally.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
Achieve quality standards and individual/team performance targets.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Positive attitude with strong customer handling abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
