Job Title: Academic Trainer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Academic Trainer to train and mentor teachers, improve teaching methodologies, and ensure effective curriculum implementation. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, classroom observations, and academic support programs to enhance overall educational quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct teacher training programs, workshops, and professional development sessions.
- Train teachers on curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and classroom management.
- Observe classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and academic resources.
- Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support schools in achieving academic goals and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with school leadership and academic teams for training requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and teaching methodologies.
- Prepare training reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- 3–5 years of teaching experience and 2+ years of academic training experience.
- Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
