The Junior Assistant (Tea Trade) provides administrative and operational support to the local team. This is an entry-level role, offering broad exposure to the tea trade and internal processes, while building a strong foundation in administration, documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to colleagues across functions
- Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems
- Support document preparation, formatting and tracking
Document Control & Records Management
- Ensure proper filing, storage and retrieval of documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Support document control processes in line with internal standards
Quality & Compliance Support
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to FSSC 22000
- Ensure records are complete and audit-ready
- Support compliance with internal and external requirements
Data & Office Support
- Work with MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for data entry and tracking
- Support basic reporting and data organisation
- Assist in general office coordination tasks as required
Profile
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (comfortable working with functions)
- Basic understanding of filing systems and document control
- Tea Background would be an added advantage
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
- Good communication skills, excellent level of English
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
