Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle performance management, training, and employee development.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Resolve workplace issues and promote a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of HR experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹54,455.96 per month
