We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team at SR Oil Specialty Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our potential B2B clients, answering inquiries, pitching our industrial oil and specialty products, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make cold calls and follow-up calls to potential B2B clients, industrial buyers, and distributors to introduce our specialty oil products.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads, setting up appointments or business meetings for the field sales team.
- Inbound Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Database Management: Maintain an accurate and updated log of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the company database or CRM.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and potential customers through regular telephonic follow-ups.
- Coordination: Coordinate closely with the sales, dispatch, and logistics teams to pass on customer requirements and order details.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate / Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or front office operations. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Languages Known: Strong fluency in Tamil and a good working knowledge of English. Knowing Hindi or Telugu is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
