We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Lead, train and supervise the restaurant team.
- Maintain food and service quality standards.
- Monitor sales, costs, inventory and profitability.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operations efficiently.
Salary: As per experience and performance
Location: Mandu Resort, Kaziranga
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
