## Role Description
We are looking for a **Career Recruiter** to identify, engage, guide, and recruit healthcare professionals interested in international career opportunities, particularly in the GCC region.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with candidates, understanding their qualifications and career goals, explaining suitable career and licensing pathways, and converting qualified prospects into recruitment opportunities.
This is a **high-volume, target-driven role** requiring excellent communication, multitasking, follow-up, and time-management skills.
## Key Responsibilities
* Engage with healthcare professionals and understand their qualifications, experience, and career goals.
* Identify and assess suitable candidates for international healthcare opportunities.
* Guide candidates on career opportunities, licensing pathways, eligibility, and required documentation.
* Conduct candidate follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
* Manage a high volume of candidate inquiries and recruitment activities.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and update internal systems/CRM.
* Coordinate with recruitment, licensing, and operations teams for smooth candidate processing.
* Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
* Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining quality.
* Participate in recruitment campaigns, seminars, workshops, and outreach activities.
* Stay updated on healthcare recruitment, GCC licensing requirements, and market opportunities.
* Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, processes, and business requirements.
## Candidate Requirements
* **Excellent English communication skills**, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Confident in speaking with candidates over phone and digital communication channels.
* Strong persuasion, follow-up, and candidate-handling skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a **high-volume environment**.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and responsibilities simultaneously.
* Strong time-management and organizational skills.
* Target-oriented, result-driven, and committed to achieving daily goals.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments.
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing business requirements.
* Positive attitude, professional work ethic, accountability, and ownership.
**Preferred:** Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Experience in recruitment, career counseling, sales, business development, customer service, healthcare recruitment, or international recruitment is an advantage. Freshers with excellent English communication and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
