About the Role
Otica Healthcare Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Offline Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling field sales, distributor/dealer coordination, client visits, and generating business opportunities in assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients, distributors, retailers, and dealers for business development.
- Generate new leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Follow up on payments and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily sales reports and visit records.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and field visits.
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to travel for field work.
- Strong customer handling skills.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, FMCG, or sales industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be confident, punctual, and target-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
