Academic Counsellor – Admissions & Sales (Urgent Hiring)
We are looking for a result-oriented Academic Counsellor who can convert leads into admissions and product sales.
This role involves handling leads for:
- Techshore Online Courses (Logistics, Oil & Gas, Safety)
- FMCG Products (Banana Powder & related products)
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through ads and WhatsApp
- Explain course details and product benefits clearly
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions and sales
- Handle WhatsApp chats and customer queries
- Maintain proper follow-ups and lead records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales / counselling / telecalling
- Strong closing skills (must be confident in converting leads)
- Excellent communication in Hindi & English
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude
