Job Summary
The HR Executive – (HR Generalist) is responsible for managing the day-to-day Human Resources operations of the hotel by supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws while maintaining high employee satisfaction and supporting the hotel's operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
- Schedule interviews with department heads.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower reports.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Complete joining formalities for new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and relieving letters.
- Maintain employee personal files and digital records.
- Verify educational certificates and statutory documents.
- Update employee records in the HRMS.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance through biometric/HRMS.
- Verify shift schedules and roster compliance.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Prepare payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and leave.
- Coordinate with the Finance/Payroll team for salary processing.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Shops & Establishments Act, Minimum Wages Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation confirmation.
- Assist in annual performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain appraisal records and follow up on development plans.
6. HR Administration
- Maintain HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor employee uniform issuance and ID cards.
- Maintain organizational charts and manpower reports.
- Ensure compliance with grooming standards and HR policies.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW with HR specialization preferred.
Experience
- 1–2 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Hospitality/Hotel industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
