About the Company
We at DigiMantra are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach, and client engagement in the Web Development and Mobile App Development services domain.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies
· Conduct lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach
· Identify potential clients for Web Development and Mobile App Development services
· Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their basic requirements
· Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team
· Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
· Execute outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn channels
· Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Outbound Sales / Lead Generation
· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach
· Experience selling IT services, especially Web and Mobile App Development
· Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to research and identify potential clients
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
