Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
a. Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.
b. Engage with leads that come via Email / WhatsApp / Online Chat / Telephone.
2. Client Engagement:
a. Present and explain the benefits of AWS / Google / Azure solutions to prospects.
b. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
3. Sales Pipeline Management:
a. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
b. Accurately record all interactions in the CRM.
4. Collaboration:
a. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
b. Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
5. Target Achievement:
a. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
b. Sales targets include New Sales, Renewal Sales, Cross Sales, Upsales, and Reference Sales. It also includes customer acquisition and customer
retention goals.
6. Market Intelligence:
a. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and new AWS and Zoho features to effectively communicate value to clients.
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, or a related role (preferably in IT or SaaS solutions). Freshers (0-2 years of experience) are also welcome.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
● Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
● Familiarity with AWS / Google Workspace / Azure products & solutions is a strong advantage.
