Job Summary:
The Hospital PRO serves as the primary point of contact for patients and their attendants, ensuring smooth communication, resolving concerns, coordinating with hospital departments, and maintaining a positive image of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide patients and visitors.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and referrals.
- Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative departments.
- Assist in medical camps, health awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and hospital policies.
- Prepare daily and monthly activity reports.
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Hospital Administration, or any graduate degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and computer skills.
