Job Responsibilties:
- Handle flight reservations for domestic and international sectors using GDS systems (Amadeus).
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per airline policies and fare rules.
- Process refunds, EMDs, revalidations, and fare recalculations accurately.
- Provide fare quotes, itinerary options, and travel recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, seat confirmations, special service requests (SSR), and operational updates.
- Verify travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) and ensure compliance with airline and immigration requirements.
- Assist clients with queries related to baggage, check‑in, travel guidelines, and flight disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, PNRs, invoices, and communication logs.
- Support the sales and operations teams with ticketing expertise and quick turnaround on requests.
- Monitor airline promotions, fare updates, and policy changes to optimize client offerings.
- Ensure error‑free ticketing and adherence to company SOPs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
