- Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure work progresses as per schedule.
- Monitor quantities executed and compare with BOQ quantities.
- Preparing estimates, cost reports, and budget monitoring.
- Preparation of bills, measurements, and claims.
- Coordinate documentation related to variation orders and extra items.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.
