Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Robotics Lab Trainer to train school students in Robotics, IoT, AI, 3D Printing, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching, capable of conducting engaging practical sessions, guiding student projects, and inspiring young innovators through hands-on learning.
The role also involves developing innovative robotics models, conducting research activities, and training students from basic electronics concepts to advanced project development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on Robotics, IoT, AI, and 3D Printing.
- Teach students basic electronics, sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and programming.
- Guide students in designing, building, and programming robotics projects.
- Develop lesson plans, project ideas, and activity-based learning modules.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, teamwork, and design thinking among students.
- Maintain and manage laboratory equipment, robotics kits, tools, and components.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during practical sessions.
- Support the organization of exhibitions, competitions, science fairs, and technology events.
- Research and develop innovative robotics and technology-based models for educational purposes.
- Ensure laboratory safety and proper usage of equipment.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Robotics Engineering
- Or any relevant technical field
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Arduino
- ESP32
- Sensors and actuators
- Motors and motor drivers
- Basic electronics and circuit design
- Programming knowledge in:
- C/C++
- Python (preferred)
- Understanding of IoT concepts and wireless communication.
- Familiarity with robotics hardware and project development.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach and engage school students effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- Willingness to complete a mandatory 7–15 days training program.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Electrical wiring and tools
- Electronic components
- Practical hardware handling
- Interest in teaching and mentoring school students.
- Professional discipline and adaptability.
- Willingness for long-term field deployment and travel, if required.
Pay: ₹9,430.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
