We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The role primarily involves order punching, back-office follow-ups with customers, coordination work, and other computer-based tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, Good English communication abilities, and a proactive approach to work.
- Key Responsibilities: Order Follow up and Order Processing.
- Handle back-office follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain and update records, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments as needed.
- Assist in general administrative and office support tasks.
- Ensure proper communication and documentation for smooth workflow.
- Requirements: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry, etc.).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of AI tools
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
