Responsibilities:
- Solving inbound and outbound Call & Mail queries from customers related to Mutual Funds.
- Helping investors carry out investment transactions such as switching and redemption, and guiding them periodically on the performance of their investments.
- Making investors aware of various schemes and updates about new Mutual Fund schemes.
