Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Photographer, Videographer & Video Editor to join our team on-site in Chennai. The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for detail, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to shoot and edit high-quality content for fashion, leather products, footwear, bags, lifestyle campaigns, social media, e-commerce, advertisements, and brand promotions.
The candidate should be capable of handling the complete content production process, including product photography, lifestyle photography, video shoots, reels, campaign videos, editing, colour correction, lighting setup, and final output delivery.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, understand brand aesthetics, and deliver premium-quality visual content within deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography
- Shoot high-quality product photos for footwear, bags, accessories, and lifestyle products.
- Handle e-commerce product photography with clean angles, proper lighting, and accurate colour representation.
- Shoot lifestyle images with models, products, props, and background setup.
- Understand product details such as leather texture, stitching, finishing, colour, shape, and design.
- Ensure all product images are sharp, properly lit, well-composed, and brand-appropriate.
- Manage lighting setup for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Capture content suitable for websites, marketplaces, Instagram, Facebook, catalogues, banners, and advertisements.
- Maintain consistency in product angles, background, shadows, and colour tone.
Videography
- Shoot high-quality product videos, brand videos, reels, short-form ads, campaign videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture cinematic product shots, model shots, close-ups, detail shots, walking shots, unboxing videos, and promotional content.
- Plan video angles, movement, lighting, framing, and composition before the shoot.
- Shoot content suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, Google Ads, website banners, and store display videos.
- Work with models, stylists, marketing teams, and creative teams during shoots.
- Ensure videos are visually premium, engaging, and suitable for a fashion/lifestyle brand.
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit photos and videos professionally using industry-standard software.
- Perform colour correction, retouching, cropping, background cleaning, lighting adjustment, and image enhancement.
- Edit reels, promotional videos, campaign videos, product videos, and ad creatives.
- Add text overlays, transitions, music, sound effects, logo placement, and brand elements where required.
- Prepare different video formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website, marketplace, WhatsApp, and ads.
- Create clean, attractive, and premium-looking final outputs.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited content as per the content calendar and campaign requirements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in photography, videography, and editing.
- Strong knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing, composition, and shoot planning.
- Experience in product photography, fashion photography, lifestyle shoots, and social media content creation.
- Good understanding of premium/luxury brand aesthetics.
- Strong editing skills for both photos and videos.
- Ability to shoot and edit Instagram reels, ad videos, product videos, and e-commerce content.
- Knowledge of lighting setup for indoor product shoots and model shoots.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple shoots/content requirements.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Has a strong portfolio of previous photography and videography work.

- Is available for a full-time on-site role in Chennai.
Portfolio Requirement
