Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Head to lead and manage the International Voice Process – Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling team performance, achieving sales targets, mentoring executives, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions in an international sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the International Voice Process sales team
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Support team members in handling customer objections and sales conversions
- Track KPIs, call quality, productivity, and sales metrics
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with management for process improvements and business growth
- Maintain a positive and high-performing work environment
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong spoken English is mandatory
- Fluency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam
- Strong sales, team handling, and people management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer applications preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of experience in International Voice Process / Sales / BPO
- Prior experience in team handling or team lead role preferred
- Experience in Finance sector is an added advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
