Job Summary
Beyond Passion Photography is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand the client base. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, field visits, and references
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Present and explain photography services, packages, and pricing
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil and English required)
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
