Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad (Indirapuram) is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our Program Office as a Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
1. Timetable Preparation & Management*
2. Independently prepare, manage and publish academic timetables for multiple batches and sections.
3.Coordinate faculty allocation, classroom scheduling and academic resources.
4.Make timely changes to schedules based on faculty availability, guest lectures, examinations, events and other academic requirements.
5.Ensure optimum utilization of classrooms and labs while minimizing scheduling conflicts.
6.Maintain and regularly update the master timetable.
Academic & Faculty Coordination
1. Coordinate with faculty members regarding class schedules, session requirements and substitutions.
2. Ensure timely communication of schedule changes to faculty and students.
3. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless academic operations.
4. Maintain faculty workload and teaching schedules.
Program Administration & MIS
1. Maintain academic and program-related records, databases and MIS.
2. Coordinate with faculty, students and administrative departments for smooth program operations.
3. Support the scheduling and execution of guest lectures, workshops, seminars, presentations and other academic activities.
4. Assist the Program Head/Dean in day-to-day academic administration.
Attendance & Academic Records
1. Monitor and maintain student attendance records.
2. Coordinate with faculty for timely submission of attendance and academic information.
3. Maintain records related to courses, faculty allocation, sessions and student batches.
Required Skills
1. Excellent coordination and organizational skills
2. Strong proficiency in *MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint*
3. Good understanding of *ERP / academic management / timetable scheduling systems*
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
7. Strong data management and MIS skills
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
Experience:4–5 years of relevant experience in academic administration, program coordination, school/college/university administration or timetable management.
Key Competency
The ideal candidate should be capable of *independently managing complex academic timetables* involving multiple batches, sections, faculty members, classrooms and academic activities, while ensuring efficient and conflict-free academic operations.
