Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for managing seamless operations from onboarding to offboarding as a HR operations
Specialist within the Shared Service Centre. The candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes,
strong operational focus, and the ability to drive efficiency and compliance in all stages of HR operations.

Centre
Base Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Manager SCO HR
Key Role Responsibilities:
Update HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, coordinating with relevant
departments to ensure smooth operations.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll, providing timely and professional support.
Ensure compliance with legal and internal HR policies, preparing reports and supporting audits and reviews.
Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
on strategic HR projects
Onboarding
Support with pre-boarding tasks, including sending appointment letters, contracts, and coordinating with
departments to ensure new hires have necessary tools.
Assist during orientation sessions on company culture, policies, and expectations; ensure completion of required
forms.
Assist in setting up employee profile in Oracle and support with Day 1 activities
Conduct follow-up check-ins with new hires to ensure smooth integration and address any concerns during the
initial period.
Employee Life Cycle (ELC)
Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee records in the HRIS, including changes in position, salary, and
status, while maintaining compliance with company and legal regulations.
Redirect queries around HR policies and procedures related to attendance, conduct, and other employee matters
to HRBP. Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure the accurate processing of compensation, deductions, and
other employee-related financial transactions.
Support employee relations by maintaining accurate records of grievances, disputes, and resolutions, while
ensuring a smooth and compliant HR operation.
Exit (Offboarding)
Follow up with relevant departments to ensure the return of company property, clearances, and completion of all
necessary exit documentation.
Calculate the final settlement (FNF), including unused leave, severance (if applicable), and other entitlements.
Review final settlement details with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure the timely processing of final payments and benefits, ensuring all exit-related
financial matters are settled
Benefits Management
Manage end-to-end benefits enrollment, changes, and life event updates (e.g., marriage, birth, etc.) in HRIS and
vendor platforms.
Coordinate with insurance and benefits vendors for timely processing of claims, additions, deletions, and policy
clarifications.
Process employee reimbursements related to medical, wellness, and other approved benefits, ensuring proper
documentation and policy compliance.
Maintain accurate benefits records, track usage, and support audits by reconciling data between internal systems
and vendor reports.
Skills & Competencies

Strong administrative and organizational skills - Manage tasks, maintain accurate records, and support daily
operations effectively. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain a well-organized work
environment to ensure smooth business operations.
Strong communication skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees
at all levels and foster positive relationships.
Tech Skills - Proficiency in Oracle and / or SuccessFactors HCM.SAP and / or Darwin Box
Proficiency in managing HR operation activities - Manage and oversee global HR operations, ensuring consistent
HR processes, policies, and practices across multiple regions, while adapting to local regulations and cultural
differences.
Education & Qualifications:
Gr2-3 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on managing the Hire to Retire process.
Proven experience working with HRIS and other HR-related software.
Exposure to transition/offshoring of HR Operations activities would be preferred
