Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage recruitment for various non-technical roles within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Source potential candidates through portals social media, LinkedIn, local networks, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess personality, skills, and cultural fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of positions with a focus on quality hires
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
- Complete documentation and BGV check of candidates.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment; experience in retail/jewellery/luxury sectors is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
- Familiarity with hiring tools and local hiring trends in Jaipur
- Ability to handle multiple requirements with a sense of urgency

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
