Store Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth customer flow.
- Monitor and guide sales floor staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, properly priced, and neatly displayed.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and handle basic customer issues.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline on the floor.
- Coordinate with inventory and back-store teams for timely replenishment.
- Ensure FIFO practices and basic stock rotation are followed.
- Identify and report stock shortages, damages, and near-expiry items.
- Support implementation of in-store promotions and display changes.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Report daily floor issues, sales feedback, and staff concerns to management.
- Assist during peak hours, audits, and stock counts as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations.
- Graduate or higher secondary education preferred.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory processes is an advantage.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
