Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-School Teacher to foster a love of learning in young children. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth of children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Encourage learning through play, storytelling, music, and creative activities
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and development
- Maintain daily records and prepare progress reports
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child’s development
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children
- Manage classroom behavior using positive discipline techniques
- Organize events, celebrations, and school activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT / Montessori / ECCEd preferred) / Freshers .
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a pre-school or similar setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, school ERP is a plus)
