Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice and semi-voice support.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records and interaction details in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility
- Experience: 4 months to 1 year (Any industry/background)
- Qualification: Any UG Degree (Candidates with arrears can also apply)
- Good communication skills in English and any one regional language:
- Tamil
- Hindi
- Telugu
- Malayalam
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
