About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience to create engaging visual content for digital and print media. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Create banners, brochures, flyers, catalogs, posters, and promotional materials.
- Develop product creatives for e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Edit images, retouch photographs, and create visually appealing layouts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand design requirements.
- Create video thumbnails, basic motion graphics, and presentation designs as required.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and basic video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Strong creativity, typography, color theory, and layout design skills.
- Understanding of social media design trends and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in graphic design will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Graphic Designing.
- Experience in creating digital marketing and branding creatives preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
