Responsibilities
- Operate and program VMC Machines efficiently
- Handle 4 Axis VMC Machine operations and programming
- Prepare, edit, and optimize CNC programs as per drawings
- Set tools, fixtures, and job offsets accurately
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions
- Perform machine setup, prove-out, and trial operations
- Maintain production quality and dimensional accuracy
- Monitor machining process and reduce rejection/scrap
- Achieve daily production targets within timelines
- Work on Fanuc Control system
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in VMC Machine Operating & Programming
- Knowledge of 4 Axis Machining and Fanuc Control
- Ability to handle complete job setup independently
