Education Counsellor (Admissions)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Education Counsellor who will be responsible for converting leads into admissions for Digivik’s online courses. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and a passion for guiding students toward the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails about available online courses
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding
- Provide accurate information about course structure, fees, and career outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience in admissions counselling, sales, or tele-calling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and close admissions effectively
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech or online course sales
- Familiarity with digital marketing courses
- Ability to handle high-volume lead pipelines
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
