Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support smooth coordination between customers, office staff, and service teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in office administration and daily operational activities
- Coordinating with customers regarding service requests and updates
- Maintaining accurate service records, reports, and documentation
- Handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, and customer follow-ups
- Supporting technicians and coordinating service center activities
- Managing inventory records, spare parts tracking, and stock updates
- Ensuring proper coordination between office staff and field/service teams
- Supporting management with basic reporting and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, coordination, or back-office roles
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
