About the Role
We are seeking a confident and patient-focused General Dentist with 2–3 years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing a wide range of general dental procedures and be confident in running a clinic independently when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of dental conditions
- Perform routine restorative procedures, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, and extractions
- Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Adhere to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and ethical practice
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Confidently manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities and ensure smooth functioning of the practice during assigned shifts
Requirements
- BDS
- 2–3 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist
- Confident in independently handling comprehensive general dentistry cases and managing a clinic with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, patient counselling and case acceptance skills
- A caring, ethical and patient-centric approach to dentistry
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
