WE'RE HIRING | HR & Admin Generalist (Solo Ownership Role)
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Are you someone who thrives on ownership, execution, and building processes from scratch?
We're looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Generalist (3–5 years experience) to independently manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration in a fast-growing organization.
What you'll own:
Recruitment, onboarding & offboarding
Payroll & HRMS (Zoho People & Zoho Payroll)
PF, ESIC, CLRA & statutory compliance
Employee engagement & performance review coordination
Office administration & vendor management
Travel, assets & procurement management
Ideal Candidate:
3–5 years of HR & Admin Generalist experience
Hands-on expertise in Zoho People & Zoho Payroll (mandatory)
Experience managing both office and site workforce
Strong ownership mindset with excellent execution skills
Industries Preferred: EPC | Infrastructure | Construction | Manufacturing | Renewable Energy
