Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with around 1 year of experience in IT sales. The candidate will support business growth by generating leads, understanding client requirements, and assisting in the sales process for software and IT services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
- Identify potential clients for IT solutions and services
- Understand client business requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions
- Support product demos and client presentations
- Assist in managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain good client relationships
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and daily activity reports
- Research new market opportunities and industry trends
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads regularly
Required Skills & Competencies
- 1 year of experience in IT sales or business development
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong interest in consultative/solution selling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong follow-up and time management abilities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
