Job Overview
We are looking for a Lead Gen AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG, Python, and Azure.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on GenAI / Agentic AI experience
- Production-grade LLM solution development
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI
- LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen or CrewAI
- Strong Python, FastAPI and asynchronous programming
- Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector
- RAG, Prompt Engineering and LLM Evaluation
- Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows
- Multi-agent system design and implementation
Cloud & Enterprise
- Azure: Container Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID/RBAC, Azure OpenAI
- AWS/GCP exposure is a plus
- Managed Identity and secure credential management
- Enterprise integration patterns
- Graph API, Power Automate, Salesforce or similar integrations
Agentic AI Architecture
Experience with:
- Tool usage and function calling
- Memory management
- Planning and reasoning workflows
- Guardrails and safety controls
- Observability and monitoring
- Human-in-the-loop approval workflows
- LLM evaluation and quality frameworks
- Deterministic logic vs. LLM-based decision-making
Good to Have: n8n or similar workflow automation experience.
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on GenAI technical lead who has successfully taken LLM and Agentic AI solutions from development to production and can design scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI architectures.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
