Sales Executive
Location: Sector 48, Gurugram
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the experience store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales updates in the CRM.
- Explain product features, pricing, customization options, and the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions and repeat business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Participate in promotional and on-ground marketing activities whenever required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail Sales, Customer Relationship, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
Candidates from Furniture, Home Décor, Interior Design, Real Estate, Retail, Consumer Durables, or Luxury Product sales will be preferred.
