The incumbent will work closely with the Business Excellence Head (SFE), internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners to ensure successful planning, execution, and adoption of Salesforce-related projects. Support end-to-end execution of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. Coordinate with business stakeholders, sales teams, IT and external vendors to gather and document requirements. Track project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, and dashboards for leadership reviews. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training coordination, and change management activities. Ensure timely follow-up on action items and issue resolution across teams. Support data migration, process mapping, and system adoption initiatives. Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and governance records. Collaborate with the SFE team to improve sales processes, reporting, and CRM utilization. Drive effective communication among all project stakeholders.
