- 1)Resident Management: Handling residents’ queries, concerns, and maintenance-related issues efficiently.
- 2)Team Coordination: Guiding and supervising the maintenance teams and other teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- 3)Committee Coordination: Obtaining updates from the Managing Committee and providing regular status reports.
- 4)Clubhouse Management: Overseeing and managing clubhouse activities and related coordination.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
