AVW Global Transports & Logistics LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining operational documentation, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, and supporting efficient supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments.
- Manage logistics documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas partners.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely escalation when required.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and databases.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong willingness to learn.
