Qualification: Master Degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior NPD Executive to support the development and launch of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products. The candidate will coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in new product development from concept to launch.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory consultants.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage product samples, packaging, and artwork coordination.
- Maintain NPD documentation, project trackers, and reports.
- Support product costing and feasibility analysis.
- Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Support product improvements and new product launches.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products.
- Understanding of cosmetic ingredients and packaging.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) for research, documentation, report preparation, and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Cosmetic, Personal Care, FMCG, or Beauty Product Development.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
