Who is our culture fit?
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. As a PC, you will undertake a variety of administrative, program management tasks as well as carry out important operational duties. you'll be the go-to person for planning and managing programs with our partners.

Your daily routines:
● Coordinate and oversee the execution of programs and work closely with
coach to understand program requirements and ensure effective
communication.
● Implement email automations, WhatsApp broadcasts, and other
communication strategies.
● Co-host Zoom meetings with clients to ensure smooth interactions.
● Participate in sales calls to provide information and support as needed.
● Ensure all services are delivered on time and meet the client's expectations.
● Schedule reminder notifications and coordinate client meetings.
● Engage with clients through WhatsApp, emails, Facebook, Messenger, and
Instagram.
What are prospects?
● Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration or a related field
● Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
● Proficiency in Google Docs and Spreadsheet
● Ability to excel in fast-paced environment
● Make sure to BYOD (Laptop) and reliable internet connection is required.
● Strong proficiency in native language, Hindi and English.
● Strong organizational and coordination skills
● Previous Participants of the program are preferable.
● Work may demand on Sundays, but the compensation offs can be taken during the weekdays
● Candidates must be based in Coimbatore or nearby locations.
● This is a Work-from-Office role. Applicants should be willing to work from our Coimbatore office.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
