We’re looking for a senior paid media operator who combines deep platform expertise with strong strategic thinking and client leadership.
This is a principal-level individual contributor role for someone who understands performance marketing beyond surface-level optimizations — someone who can structure accounts, interpret data clearly, guide experimentation, and communicate strategy with confidence.
What You’ll Own:
- End-to-end Meta & Google Ads strategy across client accounts
- Campaign architecture, scaling decisions, and budget allocation
- Creative testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps
- Weekly client strategy calls and performance communication
- Mentoring junior strategists and improving internal playbooks
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of hands-on paid media experience
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience managing complex/high-budget performance campaigns
- Strong understanding of bidding, scaling, testing, and optimization
- Client-facing experience with stakeholder management
- Ability to explain platform decisions and performance clearly
- Experience mentoring or reviewing junior team members
Nice-to-Haves:
- LinkedIn Ads & YouTube Ads experience
- Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or advanced GA4
- Understanding of CRO and landing page optimization
- Exposure to CAPI, server-side tracking, or offline conversion imports
- Experience with B2B SaaS or DTC growth accounts at scale
- Working knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, or BI/reporting tools
