We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, interact with prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements, explain our products and services, and generate qualified leads. The candidate will be responsible for regular follow-ups, scheduling appointments, maintaining customer information in the CRM, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers. The role requires good communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
