Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Pottery Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pottery and ceramics, along with the ability to guide and inspire students of all skill levels. This role involves conducting engaging workshops, assisting customers, and maintaining a positive and creative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pottery classes and workshops for beginners and intermediate learners
- Guide participants through hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques
- Assist customers during studio sessions and ensure a smooth experience
- Prepare and maintain clay, tools, and equipment before and after sessions
- Monitor kiln operations and handle firing processes safely
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the studio space
- Provide one-on-one support and creative guidance to students
- Help in planning and executing creative workshops and events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pottery or ceramics
- Knowledge of wheel throwing, hand-building, glazing, and firing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and creativity
- Ability to handle groups and engage participants effectively
- Patience and a friendly, approachable attitude
- Basic knowledge of kiln operation and safety practices
Preferred Skills:
- Prior teaching or workshop experience
- Familiarity with different clay types and glazing styles
- Creative thinking and ability to design unique workshop experiences
- Basic social media knowledge is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
