Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and best HR practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Certification in HR or Recruitment is an advantage.
- Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring (customize as needed).
