APChemi is a chemical technology and engineering company based in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. We build pyrolysis and plastic-to-oil technology for clients in India and the United States.
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO. This is a close-support role. You will work beside the CEO every day, see how the whole business runs, and be trusted with real responsibility early.
What you will do
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings and travel, including international calls across time zones.
- Track every commitment the CEO makes and follow up until it is closed.
- Prepare short briefs before meetings and clear action lists after them.
- Handle email, documents, filing and correspondence on the CEO's behalf.
- Coordinate with the team, clients, vendors and consultants so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build and tidy up presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
- Look after office administration, visitors and travel bookings.
- Keep confidential information confidential, without exception.
What we are looking for
- 0 to 3 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome and we will train you.
- Any graduate degree. Commerce, arts, science or engineering are all fine.
- Clear written and spoken English. Hindi is needed day to day, Marathi is a plus.
- Comfortable with email, Word, Excel and Google Workspace, and keen to learn AI tools.
- Organised and reliable, able to keep several things moving at once without being chased.
- Willing to learn our way of working from the ground up.
- Able to travel to CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai on every working day.
