About the Role:
We are hiring multilingual Telesales Executives for Coimbatore to handle customers speaking *Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu*. You will call existing/new customers, explain gold/diamond schemes, and drive showroom footfall for sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to Hindi/Kannada/Telugu speaking customers from CRM
- Promote gold purchase schemes, Akshaya Tritiya/Diwali offers, wedding collections, diamond jewellery
- Explain gold rate, EMI options, old gold exchange, and making charge offers in customer’s native language
- Fix showroom appointments at Kalyan Jewellers Coimbatore and nearby branches
- Follow up with interested customers till showroom visit
- Achieve daily calling targets + monthly footfall & sales targets
- Update call status, customer interest, and appointment details in CRM daily
- Coordinate with showroom sales team for walk-in tracking and closure
- Support during festival campaigns and new store launches
Requirements:
- Languages Mandatory: Fluent in *Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu* + Basic English. Tamil is added advantage
- Experience: Freshers to 7 Years in telesales, telecalling, BPO voice process, or retail sales
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Clear phone voice, good listening and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven work
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge for data entry
- Willing to work 6 days a week + festival seasons/weekends
