Role Overview
We are hiring a Technical Educational Counselor to guide students in choosing the right IT courses and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on IT courses (SAP, Data Analytics, Cloud, java, python etc.)
Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
Understand candidate needs and suggest suitable programs
Convert leads into admissions and achieve targets
Maintain follow-ups and manage CRM data
Coordinate with training team for batch planning
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Interest or basic knowledge in IT field
Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
Good follow-up and negotiation skills
Qualifications
Graduate in any stream
Experience
0–3 years in Education Counseling / Sales / EdTech
