Job Description – Site Engineer (Real Estate)
Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and project management teams.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Track project progress and maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements with procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site housekeeping standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
- Ensure project completion within timelines and budget constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate construction.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise residential buildings and villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, RCC works, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
